This Refund Policy applies to digital products bought from the Level Up Adventures shop, operated by Level Up Adventures, LLC. It works together with our Terms of Sale. We want to be straight about how digital goods work.
§ 01All sales are final
— Digital, delivered instantly, so all sales are final.Our products are downloadable files delivered the moment you pay. Because you receive the full product immediately and a digital file can't be “returned,” all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. This is standard for digital downloads. The narrow exceptions below exist only to make something rightwhen it didn't work — not to cover a change of mind.
§ 02The only exceptions
If the product itself is defective or wasn't delivered, we'll make it right — first by fixing or replacing it, and by refunding only if we genuinely can't. That covers cases such as:
- Duplicate purchase. You were charged twice for the same item.
- The file won't open or is corruptand we can't get you a working copy.
- Wrong item. What you received materially differs from what the listing described.
- You were charged but never received a working downloadand we can't deliver one.
§ 02bWhat isn't covered
Outside those defect cases, purchases can't be refunded — including a change of mind after downloading, buying the wrong edition by mistake (tell us anyway — we'll often help with a swap), or no longer needing the product. Free products are not eligible (nothing was charged).
§ 03How to report a problem
If you hit one of the defect cases above, contact us through the contact page within 14 daysof purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few business days and will fix or replace the file first. If we approve a refund, it goes back to your original Stripe payment method and typically settles within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
§ 04Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please reach out first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can affect future purchases.
§ 05Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law. Where the law grants you a right we don't mention here, that right still applies. (The shop currently launches US-only; if we open to other regions we'll update this section for the consumer rules that apply there.)
