These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of digital products from the Level Up Adventures shop at level-up-adventures.com, operated by Level Up Adventures, LLC. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
§ 01What we sell
We sell digital products— printable PDFs and spreadsheet templates (packing lists, journals, planners, and destination field guides). Every product is delivered electronically. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped.
§ 02Price and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. The shop currently launches US-only— checkout is restricted to US billing. Applicable US sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout.
§ 03Delivery
— Instant, by email and on-screen.After a successful payment you receive an immediate download link on the confirmation screen and by email. Download links are time- and count-limitedfor your security (they expire and allow a limited number of downloads). Save your file after downloading. If a link expires before you've saved your file, contact us via the contact pageand we'll reissue it.
§ 04Free products
Some products are offered free as lead magnets. For these you provide an email address and we deliver the file by email. By requesting a free product you consent to receive that delivery email; ongoing editorial email is separate and optional (see our Privacy Policy).
§ 05License & permitted use
On purchase (or free download) you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial family-travel use. You may print copies for your household. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or commercially exploit the files, or strip out branding. We retain all intellectual property rights in the products.
§ 06Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. The only exceptions are defective or undelivered products, which we'll fix, replace, or (if we can't) refund. The full policy and how to report a problem are on our Refund Policy page.
§ 07No professional advice
Our products are informational family-travel aids drawn from real trips. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice, and travel conditions change. Verify time-sensitive details (hours, prices, entry requirements) with official sources before you rely on them.
§ 08Disclaimers & liability
Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Adventures, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a product, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
§ 09Changes & contact
